3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Unbored Media may be found).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take intellectual property seriously. Unbored Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be “repeat infringers.”

Please Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Don’t be that person.
